November started off pretty stressful and I ended up behind schedule with scheduling my reviews. I still am to be honest!
I have all of my December reviews and posts written. But I haven’t scheduled any of them… You’d think me being so super organised would mean I’d be on top of this right?
But check out what I managed to get out in my final month of my Diploma (I passed by the way! Yay!)! And let’s just say the next 3 months are going to be crazy! They are already overbooked!
I really enjoyed A Christmas Kiss and everything involved in it. Livvie and Zander were so cute and faced some challenges before ultimately getting together.
Even when I predicted some stuff, Eliza still surprised me with how they unfolded. I mean.
How often do you have an author give you what you were expecting. But not in the way you were expecting. Yet in a way that’s probably better than what you were expecting?
My Least Fav
The choice to pick A Forgiven Friend has nothing to do with the writing in this book. And everything to do with it just not being the type of book for me.
Turns out I’m not really a fan of friendship books where the point of view changes between the friends.
The writing was really well done throughout this book even with some very minor discrepancies between the two characters (this naturally happens when there’s two authors) so I honestly think it’ll be a great read for people who like this style.
It’s just not for me.
I have a couple of posts coming and 6 reviews coming in December. I’ll be ending my reviews for the year with one I definitely think you should tune in for (that’ll be happening on Dec 23rd) and will then take some time to reflect on the year and ahead onto the new year.
My 2019 goals
I’ve read way more books than initially intended, you’ll see this final number at the end of the year. Or you can go check out my Goodreads Reading Challenge progress!
I’ve read all my books for my Aussie Author Challenge with the final review coming out on Dec 23rd! That same one I told you to check in for.
Ok. So I failed at getting this properly up and going. But I’ve put it on my schedule for next yr. Hopefully then I’ll be back on track!
And instead of losing weight I’ve put weight on. But I’ve increased how much I’m working out from twice a week at the gym to three times a week and I’m just taking up running. I’ve got the C25K (Couch to 5km) app so I can slowly get up to running 5km. Fingers crossed I see some progress before heading to Perth in the new year!
